Banna dd bought a mini muffin tin and we like them better than the regular size muffins when she made the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip recipe again tonight. Yummy!
Hej Banna! Hej is Swedish for Hello or Hi! Just stoping by to tell you We went to my dbr. BD party & while dd was talking to her cousin about those pumpkin mini muffins she had made, my grnc whom you have a photo of on the card I sent you in the past, said, Yes and they were good! I had brought some over one day when I had taken care of her & her siblings last weekend for two days. They just loved those mini muffins. The second day I brought salad, carrots to make carrot sticks, bananas, oranges and an acorn squash. Dnph liked the squash but the girls didn't like it as much. I cut the fruit and carrots up for snacks. They had pickles in the frig and I cut them up as well. Dn really liked the salad. He almost ate the whole pkg. himself. I made them some masks out of paper bags. There is a book I posted at Violettes on making masks out of paper. They are really cool looking. I had picked up the book at the library. I can't remember the title but I think the authors name is Karol Kcmer. The book title starts with a K also. Loving the photos your Ninnie is taking of you kids. I spoke with my ds on the phone today & they are talking about coming over this summer for a visit. They live in Sweden. So I am looking forward to spending some time with my dgrnd. She is 3. Have a Blessed Week Banna! Love & Hugs
Banna I was just like you when I was a little girl. Always cooking either by myself or with my mom. I don't bake as much as I used to, but for special occasions I do. I am getting ready to make Christmas goodies. Good job dear! Nice to see all the step along the way!

Banna, Dd baked some pumpkin
chocolate chip with walnuts
muffins today. She used a
pumpkin bread recipe she got
online. They are pretty yummy!
She also showed me some utube
videos of Nigella. When we had
cable tv we use to watch her cook,
on the foodnetwork station.
